We know not every Broker wants to lease and manage properties but at Leasing Texas, that is what we do best.

From the moment you refer your client for leasing and property management services, you can be assured they are taken care of. We listed to their needs, their long term goals and we make those goals our own. We give the same level of care and support that you would give your clients.

With this partnership, we commit to the following:

$250 referral fee – When an agent refers an owner and they sign up under a management agreement , we will send the agent’s qualifying Broker $250 for the referral.

$150 referral fee – When an agent refers an owner and they sign up under a listing lease agreement (lease only services), we will send the agent’s qualifying broker $150 for the referral.

Return guarantee – If the owner decides to sell their investment property, we will return them to the referring broker.
